Annisa Li Zhang is an Australian public leader, governance practitioner and founder of the Asian Leadership Foundation. Her work focuses on strengthening leadership capability, broadening representation and supporting inclusive participation across sectors.

Annisa contributes across public leadership, boards, community initiatives and cross-cultural engagement. She is a speaker and writer on leadership diversity, cultural identity and social equity. Her book Inside the Town Hall is a reflective account of public life in multicultural Australia.
